Jai Gurudev. You are absolutely right, my friend. But why only me? I’m sure you have the knowledge and experience to create a community on social networking sites as well. The chamar community of west bengal in India lives in distressfull situation and they are deprived from social dignity and government facilities.
Is it possible to look the matters or create some network institution which can help them to make aware their rights and legitimate faciliities.

Dear sir,
I have recently visited few community of chamar in Malda district of west bengal in India and found that most them are uneducated and they really do not know about the government development programme. They are really neglected and they extremly poor in the this digital millenium. What is the way to bring in the main stream of development.
